Does The Internet Make Liars Of Us?I see all these outlandish ads in newsletters, including my own, and I wonder what ever made this person put out such an ad.You know the ads I am referring to. They go something like this. I made $500.000 dollars in only six months using this formula. Now I don't know about you, but I intend to get over to that site and sign up. HA! HA! You will also see some like this, I was broke a month ago and I now make 15,000.00 dollars a month. Yeah sure. I know some marketers personally, and I am shocked when I see something like this from Someone who in the bricks and mortar field would not think of telling it like this. I think, (not sure) they must be using ads supplied to them, not realizing how they make them look. These are very good people, at least a lot of them are. I realize that some could care less, especially when they know Spam is wrong and continue to use it. Nowhere but on the internet would some of these good people think about doing some of the things we see daily. You may think I have a screw loose today, but I assure you that a lot of these people are very good people. If you ever see something like that coming from me, then you will know that I am ready for a straight jacket. I think too much of my good name and reputation to start destroying it in this way. I want everyone to like me, not despise me. It is my own opinion that a lot of these good people would do this nowhere but on the internet. I also think a lot of this is because you cannot see the person on the other end of the message. I don't think you can blame the Internet, just that little bit more care with what you place there and you'll experience a vast improvement in your response rates. You may totally disagree with this article, if so that is your God given right.
