By David Wakerley http://www.financial-abundance.comA couple of weeks ago I read a book that I bought in one of those $4.95 books sales, you know the ones where you grab about 7 books and it only costs you $50. Well it caught my eye so I sat down and started to read it… The book was about solving money problems and achieving prosperity etc. It wasn’t long before I suddenly realised something, and it has changed the way I look at my internet business, my online marketing and generally the way I look at money in the world. But it wasn’t really the information IN the book that surprised me; it was WHAT that information was. You see, I had read that information somewhere else. I had already read all that knowledge, those principles in my life. Now I am not accusing that author of breaching copyright, I am not even accusing him of plagiarism, but I am accusing him of not acknowledging his sources. You see no one invented electricity, it was DISCOVERED. It was there all the time, but it took a man to harness that energy. The information contained in those 299 pages is simply harnessed energy. It is a lucid description of something that has always existed. The author described throughout the book basically a two fold method. 1. “Affirmations” 2. “Glad-giving” God’s laws are as irrefutable as the law of gravity. Simply put the principles of His Word into practice and apply them to your life and no matter who you are they will work, otherwise they would not be laws but theories. God for centuries has shouted through creation and the Bible the way to live, he has placed within its pages the principles to live life full of purpose and destiny, seeing the purposes of God come to pass in your life. So my excursion through a book on solving money problems points squarely to the pages of the bible. To the Christian these principles may be more recognisable as ‘Renewing the Mind’ and ‘Tithing’!! 1. Proverbs 23:10 “For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he…” Romans 12:2 “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” 2. Malachi 3:10 “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse…” When Christians miss these truths that the world has realised and are putting into practice, it is a sad insight into the teaching people receive from pulpits. Now because you are reading these words, you probably have an entrepreneurial spirit and have seen the future of the internet and embraced it wholeheartedly. So continuing to preach to the converted let me translate the book into the language of the kingdom. Here are 2 Powerful Steps to transform your life and take it toward the purposes of God. 1.
