OH this wonderful time we live in.I don't know how many of you believe in what the bible tells us, and that is not what this article is about.If you read the bible or have read the bible then you can see almost everything it say's has or is coming true. The bible talks of a time when the children will rule the world. If you think that is not coming true, then I suggest you look around. My wife and I have seven boys and three girls. We can be very thankful that all ten, work hard and do not have drug problems. We also have thirty seven grand children and it is the grand children that we are worrying about. We feel very sorry for our children trying to raise our grand children. They have no respect for their parents, and this shows, when they get right in their parents face and scream at them. The parent has no rights at all any more. Here is a good example of that, our son got tired of telling his son to go to bed, and gave the boy a shove towards the bedroom. The next thing that happened was a knock at his door, it was the police. Seems our grandson had called them saying our son was abusing him The police did not care what our son had to say, he was guilty, because our grandson had told them. Needless to say our son was arrested. It cost him a lot of money to prove our grandson was lying. I don't believe in children being beat or abused. However a parent has to be the boss.Eighty percent of our grand children have been or still are on drugs. Drugs are every where, and the kids know exactly where, but the cops can't seem to find it.I say hog wash, I think a lot of times the cops are in on it. I truly feel sorry for all parent's in this day. In my younger day's if I made too big of a bobo my father took a leather strap to my backside. At that time I thought he was awful but as I grew older I realized he was trying to teach me to be a good person. I wish my father was still here today. I wonder if our grand children will even miss their folks when they are no longer here. I certainly hope this new wave makes an abrupt turn around, but it does not look promising.
