In my opinion those that have a professional site will do better in the new year than they did in 2000. Those with a less than professional web site will in my opinion perish. My reason for saying this is that as time passes the internet is getting more professional. #2. Customer service will be more demanding as each day passes. Those that do not have their name and address on their site, will find it harder to make sales. Customers are going to demand immediate help when they have a problem, not four day's later. #3. Those who are trying to profit on the internet will find it a must to have a domain name and something more than free hosting. The potential customer is getting a lot wiser. Too many have been burned too many times. The day of take the money and run is almost gone. #4. I see spam disappearing, because I think you will see it being a major factor in politics. People who continue to use it could become barred from the internet. It has become too big an issue for some persons on the internet and will be stopped. #5. Those selling useless information that has been sold since the web came alive will go out of business in the coming year as people are starting to see that it is useless material. #6. Ebooks are going to loose the popularity that they now enjoy. Too many are being made that contain very little good information. People will start to shy away from them. These are my opinion's and I know a lot of people will say, like my wife that I have lost control of my senses. This article was not meant to downgrade anyone. If it is I apologize now!
