This peaceful wind gently lifts you off your feet, and you find yourself flying... Enjoy the sensation of freedom as this loving wind carries you higher and higher. With each new height, you feel yourself growing in wisdom and understanding... Now, hovering high above the world, you feel yourself naturally attuning to this divine, infinite wisdom. Listen to the wind. It is whispering the secrets of the universe to you. You can see The Truth now - that all of life is perfect exactly as it is. Revel in this knowledge for as long as you like... When you feel ready, let your wind of wisdom slowly carry you back to your mountain peak. You float down and land with the grace of a butterfly... Now slowly come back to your body.
